Manly Health Foods is now in its 36th year of business, with Matthew and Zoe Dent taking over from previous operator Emeli Cassell after 18 years, with Carol Gilbert establishing the business 18 years prior. Zoe is a qualified herbalist and nutritionist, and both Zoe and Matt are passionate about health, community and wellbeing.
