At Manly Health Foods we offer both instore and online shopping options depending on your needs.

Online we offer the following services and incentives,


Click and Collect

orders will receive a 5% discount off the total bill for all orders $100 or more. This will be applied automatically at checkout and payment of your order, we offer this incentive in place of our In Store Customer Loyalty Program.

We will endeavour to pick and pack your order as quickly as we can, please wait for your confirmation email stating your order is ready for collection before visiting the store to collect.

Free Home delivery is offered to all orders $150 or more

Delivery Fee of $15 will be charged to all orders under $150

Delivery days are Tuesday 8-11am / Thursday 2-5pm – Please allocate your preferred day at checkout

NOTE: Cold Goods will only be delivered if the customer is home to receive the goods, we will NOT leave Cold Goods unattended at a residence. Due to Covid: Manly Health Foods delivery team sight, but not comeĀ into contact with the resident when leaving the goods at their front door. If the Customer is not home as stated to receive their Cold Goods, Manly Health foods Delivery Team Member will return the Cold Goods to the store and the customer will have 7 days to collect them in person. If those Cold Goods are not collected with 7 days the Cold Goods will be disposed of.



Customer online purchases up to 5kg can be shipped anywhere in NSW for free if the total order is $150 or more. If the order is less than $150 then a standard shipping fee of $15 will be applied to the order. We will be shipping customer orders out using Australia Post services and will email the customer with the tracking number once the goods have been sent.

NOTE: Customer Orders weighing more than 5kg once packed may need to have shipping fees adjusted, if this is the case, we will be in touch with the customer via phone to allocate any extra fees before shipping.

Please note in the comments section on Shipping option if you will be home to receive the package or if it is safe to leave at the front door.

By agreeing to using the Australia Post Service for shipping Customers agree to the responsibility of the arrival of the package being that of Australia Post and not of Manly Health Foods.

Manly Health Foods will package all orders with care, responsibility, and adequate materials to protect them in transit.

Cold Goods will not be shipped under any circumstances.



If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please call the store immediately to notify us of the details. We can then discuss the options of return or refund depending on the nature of the fault or damage of the item.

Please choose carefully at your time of purchase as any ‘Change of Mind’ on an item will need to be discussed and returned to the store either in person or at your own postage cost before a refund can be given. ‘Change of Mind’ on an item must be completed within 2 weeks of time of purchase.

No refunds can be given on ‘Change of Mind’, of the following: cold goods, items that have been opened or used, or where the packaging has been damaged. ‘Change of Mind’ returns will need to be returned in their original state confirmed by our staff before any refund can be given.
